Ponsse Plc will publish the Financial statements 2024 on 18 February 2025. The Ponsse’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Vieremä on 8 April 2025. Ponsse Plc’s Board of Directors will issue a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting later. The 2024 Annual Report including Board of Directors’ Report and Financial Statements, will be published on the company’s website during week 11 (the week starting on 10 March 2025).

Submit matters for consideration to the AGM 2025 of Ponsse Plc here. The matters should be submitted by 17 February 2025 at 12 noon.
