Ponsse’s Annual Report and Sustainability Report for 2021 is published

Ponsse has published Financial Statements release on February 22, 2022, after which the company has issued a stock exchange release on March 2, 2022 regarding the discontinuation of its operations in Russia and the withdrawal of its profit guidance for the current year and a stock exchange release regarding the amendment to dividend proposal on March 4, 2022. The company has taken these changes into account in the Financial Statements signed by the Board of Directors and now being published.

Ponsse Plc publishes the Financial Statements in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements in xHTML format. The primary statements have been marked with XBRL tags. The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Ponsse's ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.
