Ponsse’s financial reporting in 2023

Ponsse Plc will publish the following financial reports during 2023:
21 February 2023 – Financial statements 2022
25 April 2023 – Interim report (Q1), January–March 2023
15 August 2023 – Half-year report, January–June 2023
24 October 2023 – Interim report (Q3), January–September 2023

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Vieremä on 12 April 2023. Ponsse Plc’s Board of Directors will issue a separate notice of the Annual General Meeting later. The 2022 Annual Report will be published on the company’s website during week 11 (the week starting on 13 March 2023).

All financial reports of the company will be published in Finnish and English.

Ponsse maintains a silent period, which begins at the end of each reporting quarter and ends following the publication of the results for the quarter or financial period in question.
